CEIS Power is seeking an experienced General Superintendent with 15 years of experience leading mechanical, plumbing, and MEP construction projects in complex field environments. This position is on a direct hire basis and, our client, a leading industrial and data center construction company, is looking for a motivated individual to join their fast-paced growing team. The right person for this position will be able to perform well under pressure and be adaptable to rapid change and redirection.

Requirements
- 15 years of experience in mechanical, plumbing, or MEP construction leadership roles
- Strong field leadership and superintendent experience on large-scale construction projects
- Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling, labor management, budgeting, and cost control
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field operations
- Ability to develop and execute project schedules and field execution plans
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and workforce development skills
- Experience with quality control, safety compliance, and project closeout procedures
- Ability to analyze labor reports, productivity metrics, and project performance data
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- College degree preferred or equivalent combination of construction experience and leadership expertise
The right person for this position will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee scheduling, coordination, and supervision of field crews, subcontractors, and vendors on mechanical and MEP construction projects
- Lead daily and weekly field operations while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Develop and execute project “Master Plan” strategies and maintain CPM scheduling activities
- Coordinate with project management teams regarding budgets, productivity, change orders, quality control, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor project progress, workforce productivity, and quality performance across all field activities
- Coordinate inspections and maintain strong working relationships with jurisdictional authorities and inspectors
- Manage tools, materials, equipment, and labor resources to support efficient project execution
- Support prefabrication planning, scheduling, and field coordination to optimize project performance
- Mentor, train, and provide leadership development for field personnel and trade teams
- Ensure project closeout activities are completed efficiently including punch lists, owner training, final cleanup, demobilization, and records documentation
