CEIS Power is seeking an experienced Mechanical Assistant Project Manager with 7 years of experience supporting mechanical construction projects, project coordination, and field operations. This position is on a direct hire basis and, our client, a leading industrial and data center construction company, is looking for a motivated individual to join their fast-paced growing team. The right person for this position will be able to perform well under pressure and be adaptable to rapid change and redirection.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in mechanical construction or project coordination
- Strong understanding of construction project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Experience supporting RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation processes
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Proficiency with project scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and construction compliance standards
The right person for this position will be responsible for the following:
- Support day-to-day management and coordination of mechanical construction projects
- Assist Project Managers and field teams with project administration, documentation, and execution activities
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement activities, and change order processes
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, labor tracking, and cost control efforts
- Support subcontract agreement preparation, processing, and execution activities
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment to align with project schedules and budget requirements
- Assist with billing schedules, contract valuations, invoice processing, and retention tracking
- Monitor project staffing, labor productivity, and field resource allocation
- Oversee project documentation, permits, licenses, and compliance records
- Support project closeout activities while maintaining quality, safety, and financial performance standards
