This individual will support analysis of and make recommendations for the support and development of internal processes, standards, specifications to develop more efficient and transparent processes. The incumbent will bring projects to closure, develop and communicate business cases to support recommendation and monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changes. Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively lead and facilitate multiple project teams simultaneously. Ability to quickly resolve complex problems and adjust work plans with limited supervision. Proficiency in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management. Strong customer service orientation. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for providing routine support to the Electric Transmission & Substation Construction organization.

Summary
- Assist with the identification and implementation of enhanced work processes
- Facilitate development and management of team program manuals, how-to’s, trainings, and guidance to support consistency in team deliverables.
- Develop and manage team collaboration sites including SharePoint, shared drive, team OneNote(s), PowerBI and other tools.
- Assist with a variety of routine tasks that support programmatic development and maintenance consistent with Department policies and procedures.
- Processing of information, documents or materials to include: managing program records and files, preparing standard reports and charts and compiling data from various sources and forms.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a directly related field.
- Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly understand the business needs and be creative in providing solutions to support long term goals of the program.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate is preferred.
- Demonstrated consensus-building and team-building skills.
- Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret information and data to make sound decisions and recommendations.
- Must be able to work in a professional team environment with limited direct supervision.
- Bachelor preferred in Business, Business Management, Business Administration
