CEIS | Clover Leaf is looking for a Superintendent to oversee electrical construction projects and support estimating operations in Jackson, SC. This position will be responsible for daily execution and oversight of assigned projects, including licensing, scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and field implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong estimating capabilities, experience in industrial and power generation environments (nuclear strongly preferred), and the ability to supervise crews and subcontractors across all project phases. Travel to active sites for setup, execution, and closeout is required.

Responsibilities
- Develop and support project estimates using RFPs, site walkdowns, and scope assumptions.
- Understand and apply crew build-ups and unit rate conversions to generate accurate cost estimates.
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Support development and updates of project schedules and detailed look-ahead schedules with subcontractors.
- Supervise own forces and subcontractors in planning, execution, equipment needs, and productivity targets.
- Ensure workforce training on safety, quality assurance, technical qualifications, and site-specific requirements.
- Monitor compliance with drawings, specifications, FWPs, ITPs, and project quality standards.
- Maintain field documentation: safety records, daily reports, T&E logs, manpower reports, FWPs, and QA records.
- Interface with design engineers, client representatives, and contractors to resolve field and execution issues.
- Verify layout accuracy, as-built conditions, and coordinate field engineering activities.
- Monitor and control project budget, prepare internal/external status reports.
- Participate in field work instructions, layout coordination, and installation validation.
- Maintain fiscal oversight and client-required reporting per project contract terms.
- Ensure eligibility to work within nuclear and DOE-regulated environments, including site badging.
- Technical college diploma or equivalent combination of training and relevant field experience.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial and subcontractor supervision experience in sectors such as manufacturing, food/beverage, automotive, or power generation (nuclear strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to supervise projects ranging in size from $25K to $25M.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, engineering coordination, safety requirements, scheduling, and cost control.
- Ability to perform take-offs, read and interpret construction drawings, and generate accurate estimates.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of CGC cost reporting systems.
- Ability and willingness to travel to job sites as required.
- Must meet all nuclear export control and site badging requirements for U.S. nuclear or government facilities.
- Ability to pass master electrician and/or relevant trade exams in applicable states is preferred.
