Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed Primavera (P6) schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex, multi-phase projects within a secure national lab setting.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and program stakeholders to ensure accurate task sequencing, resource allocation, and milestone alignment.
- Apply EVM principles to monitor project performance, support schedule variance analysis, and generate reporting deliverables.
- Produce and maintain status reports, dashboards, and schedule risk analyses to support management decision-making.
- Ensure scheduling activities remain compliant with LANL, DOE, and federal requirements.
- Participate in project reviews, change control processes, and secure site coordination.
- Work onsite in Los Alamos, NM as a trusted contributor to sensitive mission-driven programs.
- Active DOE Q Clearance or DoD Top Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Working knowledge of ANSI/EIA-748-compliant Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical settings.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
