Fiber Project Manager

We are seeking a Fiber Project Manager to lead fiber-based infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting client and organizational expectations.

• Define project objectives by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business and client goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standards
• Coordinate project schedules and lead regular project meetings to track progress and address issues
• Partner with project coordinators to drive execution, maintain momentum, and provide timely updates
• Select, lead, and support cross-functional project teams
• Negotiate with contractors and vendors for materials and services
• Monitor project performance, ensuring milestones are completed on time and within budget
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to prevent delays or cost overruns
• Resolve technical and operational issues as they arise
• Ensure all project phases are thoroughly documented and compliant with internal standards
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership and clients

• Experience managing telecommunications or fiber construction projects
• Strong understanding of fiber design and deployment processes
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience with P2 (or similar project tracking/design tools)
• Prior experience working with fiber construction firms or telecom infrastructure providers
