Head of Analyst Relations

Role Overview
CEI is seeking a seasoned Head of Analyst Relations to build, lead, and scale a world‑class analyst engagement program from the ground up. This role owns the global analyst strategy end‑to‑end and plays a critical role in shaping how CEI is perceived by top industry analysts across technology, AI, digital transformation, and vertical markets.
This leader will serve as the primary interface between CEI’s executives, product leadership, and the analyst community—translating CEI’s technology capabilities and client outcomes into compelling, credible analyst narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership
- Own CEI’s global Analyst Relations strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
- Define clear goals for awareness, positioning, influence, and analyst impact.
- Advise the CMO and executive leadership on analyst sentiment, market perception, and competitive positioning.
Analyst Engagement
- Build and manage trusted relationships with top analysts at firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and relevant boutique firms.
- Plan and lead briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, and analyst days.
- Prepare executives and subject‑matter experts for high‑stakes analyst interactions.
Positioning & Narrative
- Translate CEI’s AI, data, and digital engineering capabilities into analyst‑ready stories grounded in real client outcomes.
- Shape category positioning and POV aligned to CEI’s strategic direction.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, sales, and delivery leaders to ensure message consistency and credibility.
Operational Excellence
- Establish AR processes, toolsets, metrics, and governance.
- Manage analyst contracts, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Track influence on pipeline, brand perception, and market visibility.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Work seamlessly with marketing, product, sales, and delivery teams.
- Act as a trusted internal advisor on how analyst feedback should shape strategy, messaging, and go‑to‑market decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10 years total experience, with at least 5 years in a senior, high‑profile Analyst Relations role.
- Deep understanding of the analyst ecosystem and how influence is built and earned.
- Strong background in enterprise technology, ideally including AI, data platforms, digital transformation, or systems integration.
- Proven ability to connect technical capabilities to client business outcomes.
- Experience building or transforming AR programs—not just running steady‑state motions.
- Executive presence with the ability to engage credibly at C‑suite and analyst partner levels.
