Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) โ Transformation & Talent Strategy

CEI is undergoing a full-scale transformation into an AI Engineering and Enterprise Transformation company.
This is not a traditional CHRO role. This is a build-and-transform mandate.
We are seeking a CHRO who will act as a co-architect of this journey, partnering directly with the CEO to redesign our talent model, leadership structure, and culture for an AI-first future.
What Youโll Lead
๐น Workforce Transformation
Redesign our workforce for an AI-driven business:
- Segment talent into build, reskill, and reposition pathways
- Lead enterprise-wide reskilling and workforce integration
๐น CEI AI Academy (Reskilling Engine)
Build a scalable AI capability engine:
- AI engineering (LLMs, agentic systems, copilots)
- Data platform engineering & AI consulting skills
- Partnerships with Microsoft, Google Cloud, and Databricks
- Certification tied directly to deployment and impact
๐น AI Talent Engine
- Build a high-performance hiring model for AI engineers, architects, and consulting leaders
- Raise the bar: capability and impact over cost and speed
๐น Leadership Transformation
- Assess and upgrade leadership across AI fluency, transformation capability, and commercial mindset
- Drive succession planning aligned to future-state business needs
๐น Org Design & Operating Model
- Redesign the organization around AI engineering and industry verticals
- Establish clear role charters, accountability, and decision rights
๐น Workforce Leveling & Compensation Architecture
- Build out a clear, scalable leveling framework across the organization (VP, Director, Manager, Consultant I, II, III)
- Align compensation structures to capability, impact, and market competitiveness
- Design performance-based incentive and bonus models tied to AI-driven value creation and business outcomes
- Ensure transparency and consistency across roles, career progression, and rewards
