The General Subject Matter Expert provides specialized expertise in areas like cloud governance, cybersecurity, or architecture for USTRANSCOM’s JDDE. Responsibilities include advising on strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with DoD standards, and supporting system integration. The role uses DoDAF and UAF for architecture, RMF for security, and tools like cloud platforms and CATS for mission support. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 15 years in specialized area (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity).
- Advanced expertise in DoDAF/UAF frameworks.
- RMF for risk management and ATO.
- Experience with USTRANSCOM’s JDDE and COI analysis.
