- Greets residents, potential residents, visitors, family members, and guests entering the community.
- Manages external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages.
- Assists the Business Office Director and Executive Director with special projects.
- Assists residents with scheduling personal transportation services in conjunction with the Activities Director.
- Submits work order requests to the Maintenance Director.
- Assists the Activities Director with making reservations for residents for various community events.
- Acts as a back-up for Sales and Marketing inquiry calls.
- Monitors emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
