Cedar Hills Hospital has an opening for a Clinical Supervisor to join our Outpatient team. We are looking for someone who will be dedicated to serving our patients with a high quality of care.
The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight and guidance for the outpatient program at Branches Portland. Including that of both Program and Group Therapists as well as Intake and Assessment staff.
The Clinical Supervisor will be required to hold treatment team meetings, individual and group supervision sessions with staff, handle escalated patient situations and be successful in a working manager role. Additional tasks may be assigned per job duties within the job description.
Cedar Hills Hospital is a 98-bed behavioral health hospital and outpatient services program that serves adults facing an acute behavioral health crisis related to issues of mental health, substance abuse and substance use disorder, as well as co-occurring disorders related to these circumstances. Our programs aim to provide lasting mental health rehabilitation through programs that re-establish a high quality of life.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Appropriate state licensure in mental health, such as, LCSW or LPC.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing, social work, or related mental health field; Master’s Degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in in a leadership of supervisory position.
- Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
