Cedar Hills Hospital is a 98-bed behavioral health hospital in Portland, Oregon dedicated to healing patients’ minds and bodies. At Cedar Hills Hospital, our team of board-certified psychiatrists, physicians, licensed therapists, Registered Nurses provide individualized, continuum of care treatment for adults aged 18 and over.
Cedar Hills Hospital is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our team!
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight and guidance for Cedar Hills Hospital’s inpatient program. Duties include holding treatment team meetings, conducting individual and group supervision sessions with staff, managing escalated patient situations, performing chart reviews and audits, doing psychosocial and other assessments, assisting with program development and providing general clinical feedback and guidance. In addition, the position assists with daily duties such as scheduling, facilitating groups and other duties necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred in behavioral health
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD or PsyD
- Licensure is required for this position
- Occasional travel
- AHA BLS CPR
