Your Role:
As the Enrollment Manager – Site Specialists, you’ll be responsible for managing a high-volume advising team and delivering measurable impact across the enrollment pre-departure stage. You’ll own key business outcomes including conversion rates, revenue contribution, pipeline health, and student engagement metrics.
In this role, you’ll leverage data, forecasting, and performance analytics to optimize team output, guide decision-making, and ensure alignment with organizational growth targets, all while operating in a cyclical, time-sensitive environment. Success in this role is defined by your ability to translate strategy into action, develop high-performing talent, and consistently deliver on measurable goals and KPIs.
This role operates on a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of four days per week in-office at our Phoenix location.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of student advisors with direct accountability for team KPI’s.
- Collaborate with the Director of B2C Lifecycle in customer retention and campaign management.
- Collaborate with the ENR Operations Coordinator in ensuring timely program releases such as course registration, housing release, flight credits, etc.
- Establish a data-driven performance culture, leveraging dashboards and reporting to track individual and team productivity, retention within the funnel
- Act as escalation lead for complex student and family situations, ensuring timely resolution, retention, and minimized retention risk
- Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives that increase scalability without sacrificing experience, reducing manual workload to improve conversion and retention initiatives
- Monitor and continually improve handoffs from Admissions and to the Global Operations teams, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring handoffs are seamless.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in enrollment strategy and cross-functionally (Marketing, GO, PDEV) contributing to: training, standardization, continuous improvement of advising frameworks and student experience
- Serve as back-up support in student applicant management in peak advising seasons.
What Makes a Great Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of experience in enrollment, admissions, or sales-focused roles with demonstrated ownership of conversion metrics and pipeline management, revenue and enrollment targets
- Proven success in leading teams against quantitative performance goals in high-pressure environments
- Strong analytical and technical skills, ability to utilize CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce) and create reporting tools and dashboards
- Assist data analysis to drive performance improvements within facet of business
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into action
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, particularly in escalated or high-stakes situations
- Experience in study abroad, international education, or related field is a plus

Salary : $70,000
