- Lead the deployment and configuration of the new WMS & LMS, replacing the current legacy systems across multiple locations.
- Ensure successful integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute WMS-related IT projects.
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Liaise with WMS vendors and service providers to ensure timely support and service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Identify areas for improvement within the WMS to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and SOPs.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals and analysts.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong technical knowledge of WMS software and related technologies.
- Experience managing the requirements, design, build, and testing (Integration, System, End-to-End, Performance, and User Acceptance) for WMS projects
- Technical knowledge of WMS, SQL Server, Windows Server, networking, scripting, and printing solutions.
- Experience in warehouse operations management, people management, and project management
- Strong end-to-end knowledge of warehousing operations.
- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory management processes preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
