The EDI Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting the systems that connect EDI, warehouse operations, customers, and third-party platforms. Ensures reliable order flow, accurate data exchange, and rapid issue resolution across the 3PL environment. Serves as the technical liaison between internal teams and external partners for EDI and API integrations.

- Manage daily EDI operations (ANSI X12: 850, 856/ASN, 940, 810).
- Troubleshoot EDI integration failures, mapping errors, and missing transactions.
- Monitor and triage alerts from Extensiv Integration Manager, eHub, SPS Commerce, and related tools.
- Onboard new EDI trading partners (surveys, testing, validation).
- Support and coordinate API-based integrations (e.g., shipping, tracking).
- Reopen, cancel, and correct orders per stakeholder requests.
- Process PO changes and reconcile discrepancies across WMS and customer systems.
- Investigate and resolve WMS order exceptions.
- Provide timely status updates with stakeholders.
- Partner with warehouse teams on pick/pack/assembly troubleshooting.
- Support parcel shipping inquiries and rate questions.
- Assist DTC and wholesale fulfillment, tracking, and shipment coordination.
- Generate reports for billing, invoicing, and operations visibility using eHub, Extensiv, and WMS data.
- Validate data and resolve discrepancies with Accounting and Account Management.
- Deliver ad hoc reports as requested.
- Act as technical point of contact for Customer Service, Account Management, Fulfillment, and partners.
- Communicate clearly to drive issue resolution and task closure.
- Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, integrations, and fixes.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of EDI (ANSI X12: 850, 856, 940, 810).
- Experience with EDI integration platforms
- Familiarity with WMS/3PL order and inventory workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot EDI, API, FTP, and system-to-system data exchanges.
- Experience in 3PL, warehouse, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Understanding of fulfillment workflows (receiving, pick/pack, ASNs, shipping).
- Knowledge of parcel shipping and tracking flows.
- Strong communication skills.
