What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support Enrollment Operations, Visa Operations, and Admissions Operations managers to drive enrollment growth and retention.
- Own theexecutionand day-to-day leadership of enrollment operations strategy, translating data and insights into clear priorities and actionable direction for teams.
- Partner with the Director of Enrollment Services to implement and manage a multi‑year enrollment strategy aligned with institutional goals and values.
- Build, lead, and continuously improve onboarding, training, and professional development programs that emphasize customer service and student success.
- Collaborate with IT to support system enhancements, enrollment technology initiatives, and the development and use of data dashboards that inform decision‑making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on enrollment technology projects and guide cross‑functional teams through planning, implementation, and adoption.
- Partner closely with the Visa Operations team to oversee student visa processes and ensure compliance with applicable governmental, consular, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in visa regulations and requirements and ensure timely communication and implementation across internal teams and external partners.
- Promote strong collaboration across campus partners to improve operational effectiveness and deliver a seamless student experience.
- Develop and manage conversion and yield strategies to support enrollment growth.
- Exceed enrollment growth goals in a multi‑touch contact environment (phone, email, text, chat, and other engagement channels).
- Identify and implement innovative ways to connect with students and families through social media, texting, and emerging communication platforms.
- Coach, mentor, and support leaders through regular feedback, performance conversations, and ongoing development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure admissions and enrollment operations remain compliant with applicable regulations while adapting strategies based on market and enrollment trends.
What Makes a Great Candidate:
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degreerequired; Master’s degree preferred
- 8 years of experience in people and process management
- Experience recruiting andretainingstudents in a highly competitive market
- Demonstrated experience managing managers and leading high‑performing operational teams
- Strong ability to analyze enrollment and operational data and translate insights into clear direction and action
- Proven experience evaluating and improving operational processes and procedures
- Knowledge of admissions operations and the ability to clearly explain university policies, admissions, and transfer procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods, and techniques related to student visa procedures
- Proficiencyin Salesforce and Excel for reporting, analysis, and decision‑making
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively
- Strong people‑management skills, including coaching, performance management, and navigating difficult or high‑stakes conversations
- Ability to make sound decisions and exercise judgment on sensitive and confidential matters
- Strong senseof ownership and accountability for individual and team actions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, andoperateeffectively in a dynamic environment
