Benefits:
You will be working with a family that deeply appreciates the care you provide. You would be helping a child feel safe, supported, and comfortable in his daily routines—making a meaningful difference for the whole family.
Wage:
$14.13 per hour
$207.45 per day shift
Schedule and Location:
- 6 hours a week
- One full day per month
- Every other weekend, 6 AM–2 PM
- Care takes place primarily in the member’s home, with some community outings
Responsibilities:
- Provide calm support when the child becomes upset
- Gentle redirection as needed
- Engage in enjoyable activities such as games, movies, coloring, or park visits
- Support safe use of tablet, movies, and preferred routines
Member Likes:
- Games and cartoons
- Playing at the park
- Car rides
- Tablet time and coloring
- Superheroes, Minecraft, Disney (especially Lilo & Stitch)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Patient & calm when the child is upset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain steady and supportive during challenging moments
Requirements*:
- Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
