We seek experience with troubleshooting, provisioning and decommissioning of various devices, to include:
- Laptops
- Desktops
- Mobile phones
- Tablets
- Setting up equipment for deployment - user setups, software installation, etc.
- Managing asset and parts inventory program in InTune, MDM, SCCM
- Ship and Receive technology assets
- Follow hardware lifecycle program for technology assets and parts
