Job Description:
The Parts Puller is responsible for handling inventory and staging materials to support production and shipping operations. This role involves pulling parts from stock, performing inventory counts, and communicating daily with production team members in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Duties to Include:
· Issue and pull material from stock for same-day shipment
· Issue and pull material from stock and stage for production
· Perform physical counts to ensure inventory accuracy
· Process and record scrap and shortages
· Assist cable and connector assemblers with urgent material needs
· Return material and cable to designated stock locations
· Communicate daily with the Production Assistant for task coordination
· Support other warehouse tasks as assigned by the manager
Desired Skills & Experience:
· Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
· Motivated and detail-oriented
· Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
· Basic computer proficiency
Compensation: $19-$20 per hour
