đ Position Overview
Director of Business Development â Hospital System Sales (CardioNavix)This is a remote, Mid-Atlantic U.S.-based role focused on building and growing hospital system relationships across the IDN and GPO landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new hospital partnerships, expanding existing accounts, and driving adoption of CardioNavix technology across hospital-based cardiac practices nationwide.Success in this role is driven by strong relationship-building, strategic negotiation, and the ability to operate confidently with senior hospital stakeholders while delivering measurable value to customers.
đ§ Â What Youâll Do
đ¤Â Drive Hospital System GrowthBuild and maintain strong relationships with hospital systems, IDNs, and GPOs to expand CDLâs presence nationwide.đ Acquire and Expand AccountsIdentify new business opportunities, negotiate agreements, and expand utilization within existing hospital customers.đ Contract & Account ManagementNegotiate contracts, oversee implementation of terms, and manage accounts throughout the full contract lifecycle.â Customer Experience LeadershipProactively enhance the hospital customer experience while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnership stability.đ§ŠÂ CrossâFunctional CollaborationPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to support new product offerings and strategic initiatives.đ Performance & Market InsightDevelop a deep understanding of CDLâs business model, performance metrics, and evolving hospital market dynamics.
â Â What Weâre Looking For
đ EducationBachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.đĽÂ Healthcare Sales Experience3â5 years of hospital-based sales and negotiation experience, including IDN and GPO exposure.đźÂ Account & Relationship ExpertiseDemonstrated success managing complex client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions.đťÂ Technical SkillsExperience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, along with strong MS Office skills.âď¸Â Travel AvailabilityAbility to travel up to 75%.đ Drive & IndependenceSelfâmotivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
