Senior Lead Heavy Diesel Fleet Supervisor
CCXpress, Inc. – Fontana, CA
Pay: $70,000–$80.000 Annually
CCXpress is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Heavy Diesel Fleet Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and keep our Class 8 tractors and trailers operating safely, efficiently, and in full DOT compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor shop technicians
- Diagnose and repair Class 8 tractors and trailers
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance (PM)
- Perform DOT inspections and ensure compliance
- Coordinate breakdowns and roadside repairs
- Manage parts inventory and vendor relationships
- Track maintenance costs and equipment reliability
- Perform quality control on completed repairs
Qualifications:
- 5 years of heavy-duty diesel repair experience
- Leadership or Lead Technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills on diesel engines, air brakes, and electrical systems
- Experience with Cummins INSITE, JPRO, DDDL, or similar diagnostic software
- CDL Class A preferred
- Able to work in a outdoor environment
- ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in a fast-paced shop environment
