Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Siding Installers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality siding on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to safety standards. Duties

• Measure and prepare surfaces for siding installation using blueprint reading and schematics to ensure precise fit and alignment
• Install various types of siding materials including vinyl, fiber cement, metal, stucco, and other exterior cladding products
• Operate hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels, and caulking guns, as well as power tools like drills, saws, and pneumatic nailers to complete installations efficiently
• Perform heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials safely while following proper ergonomic techniques
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and ensure accurate installation according to design plans
• Conduct site assessments to identify structural needs related to framing, metal stud framing, or masonry work that may impact siding installation
• Collaborate with team members on construction estimating tasks and material fabrication when necessary
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of tools and materials
• Assist in restoration or remodeling projects that involve framing carpentry, trim carpentry, or plumbing adjustments as needed

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction site work including roofing, framing carpentry, masonry, or remodeling projects
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and schematic diagrams for accurate project execution
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools essential for siding installation and general construction tasks
• Knowledge of construction estimating processes for material needs and project planning
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with caulking techniques for weatherproofing seams and joints effectively
• Experience with fabrication of siding components or related materials in a workshop setting
• Strong understanding of building codes related to exterior cladding systems including stucco applications
• Background in restoration work or handyman experience that enhances versatility on job sites
• Competence in metal stud framing, tile laying, welding or plumbing as complementary skills for comprehensive project support
• Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints accurately for precise installation planning
