My client is currently looking for a Plumbing Project Manager to support major commercial projects in the Phoenix area. They're a strong full-service mechanical contractor that has been serving the state of Arizona for 40 years with many active projects in the pipeline right now and a strong backlog for future growth. They specialize in commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. They have a strong reputation in the Phoenix area and have won many awards for their work and culture!
What you will be doing:
- As a Senior Plumbing Project Manager you will oversee complex plumbing projects from planning through closeout, ensuring high-quality installation, cost control, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and advanced technical knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, installations, and field operations.
- The PM mentors project teams, drives continuous improvement, and supports company growth initiatives.
What you need for this position:
- 7 Years of experience in Plumbing
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
