Project Manager – Corporate Interiors & Commercial Construction
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial interior finish-out, renovation, and ground-up construction projects throughout the Houston market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.
This role requires strong leadership, client-facing communication skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from award through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead project planning, subcontractor buyout, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to mitigate risk and maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
- Support field teams to maintain schedule milestones and successful project delivery.
- Oversee project closeout activities, punch list completion, and owner turnover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
- Experience managing corporate interiors, tenant improvement, renovation, or commercial ground-up projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary : $115,000 - $150,000
