About the Role
CCI is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Copper CRM Solutions Architect to lead the CRM setup, configuration, and data integration components for an upcoming public-sector digital modernization project. In this role, you will architect workflow automations, configure multi-user environments, and seamlessly bridge Google Workspace-centric CRM architectures with modern WordPress publishing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize Copper CRM (Professional Tier) environments tailored to municipal and downtown development operational workflows.
- Architect and implement automated routing for core business processes—including event submissions, public directory management, and stakeholder inquiries.
- Coordinate data migration strategies, structuring and mapping legacy constituent and business records from Google Sheets and mailing lists into Copper.
- Integrate Copper CRM seamlessly with WordPress environments using advanced connection tools (such as WP Fusion or API-driven workflows).
- Collaborate with project managers, frontend developers, and client stakeholders during discovery, implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure all data handling, security configurations, and operational workflows comply with strict U.S.-based operational mandates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven expertise deploying and administering Copper CRM for organizations requiring deep Google Workspace integration.
- Strong background in data architecture, CRM data hygiene, and structured data migration (CSV, Excel, API endpoints).
- Familiarity with WordPress-to-CRM integration plugins (e.g., WP Fusion, Gravity Forms integrations) and workflow automation logic.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead remote client discovery sessions and translate non-technical requirements into technical configurations.
- Strict Requirement: Must be an individual or firm legally authorized to conduct business in the United States, with all project-related work performed by personnel physically located within the U.S.
