About the Role: We are looking for senior-level client-facing leadership to drive a high-profile statewide health IT advisory and procurement project. This posting combines overall project accountability and execution management with expert stakeholder engagement and public-sector workshop facilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement Lead / Principal Consultant: Maintain overall accountability for the engagement, serving as the primary interface to the State agency. Own the project work plan, ensure deliverable quality, oversee the final award recommendation, and manage project milestones.
- Stakeholder Engagement / Facilitation Lead: Lead interviews, workshops, and facilitated sessions with State agencies, clinical providers, payers, public health officials, and consumer representatives during the needs assessment phase. Drive robust requirements-elicitation and consensus-building.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of health IT consulting or advisory experience, including procurement and RFP development for HIE, HDU, or comparable health data infrastructure.
- Minimum 5 years of stakeholder facilitation experience on complex health IT or public-sector initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading public-sector or grant-funded procurements through evaluation and award.
- Strong familiarity with the CSRI framework and Health Data Utility governance models.
