Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or equivalent.

- Training in CPR, first aid, and medication administration.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility support.

- Monitor and document client progress, behaviors, and any changes in health or well-being, reporting concerns promptly to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
