Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential | Full-Time | 36 Hours Weekly
Join CCARC and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
As a DSP, you’ll provide hands-on support while helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.
Schedule:
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Full-Time | 36 Hours Weekly
Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community activities
- Assist with meals, medications, hygiene, and household routines
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social engagement
- Transport individuals to appointments, outings, and recreational activities
- Maintain documentation and communicate with team members and families
- Help create a safe, positive, and supportive home environment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to complete required trainings (CPR, PMT, Medication Certification, etc.)
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
