CBTS is searching for an entry level Data Analyst to perform research, design, and administration of governance program methodology and process in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Create and manage policies, standards, and procedures to enable organizational implementation and adherence. Develop and execute training and communication plans to promote organizational understanding and awareness of governance program. Provide oversight, testing, and reporting of organizational adherence to program requirements and standards. Ensure alignment with frameworks, including development and execution of program integrations with partner control functions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of the governance program through artifact creation and maintenance and administering defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation.
- Assist with planning and execution of routine and defined outputs, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed
- Identify and communicate opportunities for program process efficiencies and automation
- Knowledge transfer and cross-training on operational processes to other support personnel
- Utilize and develop proficiency with governance tool set
- Provide support of cross-squad product-related work
- Accountable for reoccurring governance metric processes and data analysis
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates must have 1 year of professional or School training on any of the following tools: Python, R, Tableau, excel or PowerBI. All Candidates must have entry level to intermediate hands on skills with SQL with the ability to perform data lookups in Databases, Table (Inserts, Deletions, etc.), Unions and joins
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible
- Proactive individual with a "can do" attitude and a demonstrated track record of success
- Demonstrate curiosity and initiative to learn, develop skills, seek feedback, and improve existing processes and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite
- Undergraduate degree preferred
