Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making processes, and enhancing business performance. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis, database management, and proficiency in various analytical tools and programming languages.

Duties

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize data effectively.
  • Conduct data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Utilize programming languages such as R and Python for advanced data analysis and modeling.
  • Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other database management systems.
  • Participate in Agile project management methodologies to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Document processes, workflows, and system designs using tools like Visio for clear communication across teams.
  • Support business analysis initiatives by providing insights that inform strategic decisions.

Skills

  • Proficient in SQL for querying databases and performing data manipulation.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL tools such as Talend for efficient data processing.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management.
  • Experience with database design principles to create efficient data structures.
  • Proficient in analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Looker for data visualization.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles.
  • Ability to write scripts using VBA or Bash (Unix shell) for automation tasks.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in data interpretation.
  • Strong business analysis skills to align technical solutions with business needs.

Pay: $65,552.05 - $78,944.40 per year
