Project Coordinator (Go-Live)
Remote but in Cincinnati no relocation
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed cutover checklists, runbooks, and contingency plans in collaboration with Hillman and Argano teams.
- Lead and manage go-live cutover planning and execution for Oracle Fusion Cloud go-lives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across IT, business Pillar Leads and vendors to ensure alignment and readiness.
- Provide regular status updates to Maverick PMO team.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP systems with a focus on cutover and go-live activities.
- Experience in Sage, Mob3 and JDE1 would be a big plus
- Background in manufacturing, or distribution industries is a plus.
