The position of Sales & Ops Manager in the Lexington location is critical to the growth and success of CBT. This person will oversee all day-to-day functions of the Lexington location, focusing on Inside Sales, Operations, and general office management. •  Versatile and flexible moving from reviewing daily order/quote reports to addressing discrepancies in invoicing to meeting face-to-face with a customer off-site

Required Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5–10 years of progressive sales experience

• 2–5 years of sales leadership or management experience

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Experience managing a branch, territory, or business unit

• Strong understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to motivate, coach, and manage performance effectively

• Sound business judgment and decision-making skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard sales reporting tools

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
