Responsibilities:
This person is part of a team tasked with fulfilling customer orders and shipping orders to meet customer demand. Duties include but are not limited to; loading and unloading trucks, receiving materials, stocking materials in the warehouse, pulling orders, and shipping orders. Some kit assembling may be required.
Qualifications:Requirements:
- Warehouse / Distribution experience is a plus.
- Must have a stable work history, no more than two jobs within the past three years.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Accurately perform assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
Critical Skills:
- Prior experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced shipping and receiving department
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work cross dock operations
- Ability to load and unload trucks (lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis)
- Proficiency / Ability to learn computer-based shipping and receiving programs, prior experience preferred
- Willingness to learn other areas (maintenance & deliveries)
- Works well, both individually and in team environment
- Proficient in basic mathematics
- Safety Focused
- RF scanner experience preferred

Working Environment:
- The Warehouse Associate performs duties in a warehouse setting where the temperature may vary and be higher or lower than a normal indoor temperature. This position requires frequent standing, kneeling, walking, pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting. The duties of this position are repetitive in nature. There is occasional use of a keyboard and computer monitor. The position also requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally.
