Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP CCC)
Currently seeking a Bilingual (Portuguese/English) Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for per diem evaluations
Responsibilities:
- Administer evaluations in home and/ or Clinical and/or school based settings
- Write comprehensive evaluation reports and submit them in a timely manner
- Determine need for additional assessment per observation and child needs
- Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child
- Maintain confidentiality of the information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and State & Federal regulations) and submit records to agency within established deadlines
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- or be a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF) as defined by the American Speech Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- DOE Certification or DOH State Licensure
- Fluent in Portuguese
