Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
- Benefit administration assistance
- Manages and updates employment information within multiple databases
- Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Periodic accounting duties
- Responds to various employment agencies on behalf of the HR Department
- Participates in other HR-related projects and performs administrative duties as needed

- Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR-related position
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong critical thinker and problem solver
- QuickBooks experience preferred
