What We Offer
- Assists the program coordinator with the management of administrative and clinical functions of the program
- Provides supervision to program staff and assists in the completion of performance evaluations
- Develops, reviews, and updates IRPs and demonstrates sound clinical skills utilizing different treatment modalities
- Must demonstrate knowledge of the program’s policies and procedures and ensures service provisions and documentation align with regulatory bodies
- Provides IMR services and crisis intervention to consumers as needed
- This role is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to grow into a supervisory position and gain meaningful leadership experience in a supportive team environment
- MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or a related field
- Three years of previous clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey preferred
- Valid Driver's license
