What We Offer
- Provides all case management services to the program consumers, implementation of an Individual Recovery Plan (IRP)
- Facilitates supportive skill development, cognitive stimulation, and activities groups
- Ensures all clinical and administrative documentation is timely and consistent with agency procedures
- Responsible for daily input of attendance records and other statistical data
- BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, or a related field
- Valid Driver’s License
- Mental health/human services experience desired
