- Supervise and train branch personnel on operational procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with the Branch Sales Manager to conduct performance reviews and process EIM items.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including accounts payable, cash counts, and CIP verifications.
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail banking experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
