organized and able to bring structure to our teams. The successful
candidates for these positions will supervise and coordinate daily
production activities in a company to facilitate high level productivity
and quality products. Shift Supervisors are a part of the leadership
team and are seen as a technical professional in the organization. The
Shift Supervisors assign floor support to machines and areas, and
monitor their performance. Shift Supervisors will assure proper machine
operation and personnel activities in accordance with our Quality
Management System. This position will assign resources to achieve
production schedules. This job requires eye for detail, to quickly
resolve machine quality problems, as well as proven leadership and
Supervisory Skills. Previous Experience In Manufacturing Supervisor Is
required. Previous plastic processing experience is highly preferred.
