Senior Manager, Off-Premises Channels
The Sr. Manager, Off-Premises Channels is responsible for owning the performance, growth, and economics of CAVA’s delivery and digital ordering business. This role operates as the business owner of off-premises channels, driving market penetration, optimizing channel mix, and ensuring strong unit economics while delivering seamless digital guest experience.
Reporting to the VP of Off-Premises & Catering, this leader will define how CAVA shows up across delivery and digital platforms, balancing growth, profitability, and operational feasibility across a rapidly scaling footprint.

What You’ll Do
Own Channel Performance & Economics
- Own off-premises sales growth, channel mix, and market penetration strategy across delivery and digital ordering.
- Manage and improve key business metrics including revenue, contribution margin, fees, ratings, and guest experience.
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve conversion, frequency, and lifetime value.
- Drive clear, data-informed decisions to optimize channel economics and long-term profitability.
Lead Marketplace & Delivery Strategy
- Own relationships with third-party partners (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats), including performance, economics, and strategic positioning.
- Define CAVA’s marketplace strategy, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and placement.
- Evaluate and evolve the role of third-party platforms vs. direct ordering channels.
- Identify opportunities to reduce reliance on intermediaries and increase direct guest relationships over time.
Optimize the Digital Guest Experience
- Own the end-to-end digital ordering experience across pickup and delivery, ensuring it is simple, intuitive, and on brand.
- Partner with Technology and Digital teams to prioritize enhancements that improve conversion, speed, and usability.
- Ensure consistency and clarity across all guest-facing touchpoints.
Align Demand with Operational Reality
- Partner with Operations to ensure demand is aligned with restaurant capacity and execution capabilities.
- Identify and solve friction points impacting speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Director of Catering Strategy to support catering delivery and channel integration.
Drive Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner across Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Operations to align on priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
- Lead initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring solutions are scalable and operationally sound.
- Manage and develop supporting team members, including a coordinator responsible for day-to-day execution.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in digital, delivery, or multi-unit restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, pricing, and fee structures within delivery ecosystems
- Proven ability to own and improve business performance metrics, not just manage channels
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience evaluating unit economics and ROI
- Experience balancing growth, profitability, and operational constraints
- Ability to operate with high ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
- For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
- Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
