Water Staff / General Crew – Summer 2026
Causeway Watersports is now accepting applications for Water Staff / General Crew for the 2026 summer season (May–October) in the Outer Banks.
This position is perfect for energetic, dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced team on and around the water. No two days are the same, and safety and teamwork are always the top priority.

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting with daily watersports operations
- Helping customers with boarding, loading, unloading, and safety briefings
- Preparing, inspecting, and handling equipment
- Working closely with captains, operators, and office staff to keep schedules running smoothly
- Maintaining clean docks, boats, and work areas
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional attitude
- Following all safety procedures, company policies, and local regulations

- Enjoy working outdoors in a physical, hands-on environment
- Are dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
- Are safety-focused and able to remain calm in busy or high-stress situations
- Are willing to learn—we will train the right candidate with a great attitude
Position Details:
- Full-time summer positions available (40–50 hours per week)
- Part-time positions also available (minimum 3 days a week)
- Pay based on experience
