Moore Catholic High School is seeking a full-time High School English Teacher beginning in September 2026.
Salary: $50,000–$60,000, based on experience, qualifications, and certification.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, English Education, or a related field
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to the mission of Catholic education
Preferred Qualifications:
- New York State Teaching Certification
- Experience teaching high school English
- Experience with Honors and/or AP English Language and Composition
- Experience preparing students for the New York State Regents Examination
