Job Details

Job Summary: 

  • Creates data and analytics reports for quality and performance improvement department.
  • Evaluates, analyzes and interprets data provided internally and externally.
  • Actively participates in hospital performance improvement and patient safety initiatives. 

 

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Experience with healthcare quality metrics Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Tableau and Excel.  Excellent written communication and oral presentation skills.
  • Aptitude statistical analysis and multi-site collaboration for quality improvement.
  • Demonstrates ability to create graphics and present research in varied settings, in person and using remote meeting platforms.

 

Job Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Vice President of Quality and Performance Improvement

  • Analyzes trends using statistical tools.
  • Supports collection of data for Joint Commission Disease-Specific certification
  • Assists in preparing and presenting departmental data
  • Develops and coordinate data collection for various hospital scorecards and reporting.
  • Participates in hospital performance improvement and safety initiatives programs.
  • Provides application assistance to staff.


Education: Bachelor’s Degree or degree in progress.



Salary Range

USD $25.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr.



This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
