As the Child Care/Outreach and Education Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:Â
- Provide child care activities for children of all ages when their parent has appointments related to their status as a victim of domestic violence. Provide respite when adult victims need short term respite.
Â
- Plan age appropriate activities for children of all ages for child care sessions.
Â
- Plan and facilitate one child play group per week; more when necessary.
Â
- Compile list of community activities and resources for families in the county for recreational and educational activities. Â Â Â Â Update regularly and share with families.
Â
- Cover the 24-hour crisis hotline on a rotating basis.
Child Care/Outreach and Education Coordinator Hourly Pay: $20.88
Child Care/Outreach and Education Coordinator Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM  Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Subject to call
Qualifications:Â
- 2 year/ Associate Degree in Human Resources or related field, Bachelor's preferred
- 1-3 years experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle Â
