As the Residential Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: 

• The overall day-to-day operations of the Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA)


• Working in tandem with an individual’s support team; including family, CCDS Nursing, administration, and clinical staff to provide well rounded, person-centered supports

Residential Program Manager Minimum Salary: $24.63/hour

Residential Program Manager Maximum Salary: $24.63/hour

Residential Program Manager Schedule: Full-time

Weekend and on-call availability needed*

**We offer a differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday**

Qualifications: 

• Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation

• Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred


• Minimum one year of experience working as a Direct Support Professional in a residential home with individuals that have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities


• Ability to generate electronic reports and documents
