The Client Support Worker is responsible for transportation services and providing non-professional assistance in the Family Advocacy Program. Their primary duties include scheduling transportation for Supervised Visitation Services, maintaining the visitation calendar, transporting clients to and from supervised visits and group classes, delivering emergency and basic need items, ensuring vehicle cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations, providing fill-in supervision for foster children visits, conducting home visits for gathering information and providing resources, and offering childcare for group classes. The Client Support Worker plays a vital role in supporting casework staff and delivering services to clients effectively.
This is a Full Time Position. Pay for This Position is $19.00 Per Hour

Education and/or Experience Required at Entry
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional specialized training, coursework, or skill acquisition related to the position.
- Up to one year of relevant experience.
- Valid N.Y.S Driver’s License.
- N.Y.S. Child Abuse Registry clearance.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and courteous relationships with clients, agency staff, and the general public.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Office.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Mobility sufficient to drive to and participate in meetings at clients' homes and/or community facilities, which may not meet Federal accessibility standards for disabled individuals.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to work with children and adults in a challenging and active environment.
