Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Advancement, the Director of Enrollment works directly with students applying to the school and their parents. The director oversees admissions decisions at all grade levels.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Skills/Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
A master’s degree is required; previous teaching/counseling experience and prior administrative experience in Catholic schools is preferred.

What You Will Do:
Oversee all logistics of applications for admission for incoming, transfer and international students.
Plan and oversee all Enrollment related activities and events.
Serve as the primary administrator for the office of Enrollment’s CRM (Blackbaud Enrollment Management database)
Oversee the admissions testing program and student interview process for incoming students.
Oversee the school’s Ambassador for Christ Corps program, including recruitment and management of Ambassadors.
Oversee and manage the Student Shadow Program/Family Tours
Work closely with the VP of Advancement and the school Principal to promote the school’s mission, values and commitment to Catholic education and to accomplish full enrollment for the school.
Supervise the steps of admission for all programs, working closely with the Office of Enrollment team and the Deans of Academics to ensure implementation of best practices in enrollment.
Collaborate with the Deans of Academics and the Dean of Counseling and Wellness to communicate the school’s academic program to prospective and newly enrolled families.
Work with the Director of Special Education to implement enrollment elements of the school’s special education programs.
Oversee implementation and review of annual surveys of inquiries and applicants to evaluate success in accomplishing enrollment goals.
Collaborate with enrollment directors and principals from other local schools to promote Catholic school education in the Greater San Diego area.
Oversee International Student Program, consisting of recruitment, evaluation, enrollment, SEVIS, guardianship documentation, health insurance and general student Wellness.
Oversee and monitor department budget
Perform other duties as assigned
