Supply Chain Data Coordinator

The Supply Chain Data Coordinator will provide operational support for outsourced manufacturing activities, ensuring continuity of day-to-day execution while maintaining product flow, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment. 6 Month Contract Assignment. Must be available to be onsite a minimum of 3 days/week.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production schedules with toll manufacturers.
• Monitor manufacturing progress and communicate schedule changes.
• Track production status.
• Review and process production paperwork received from toll manufacturers.
• Ensure manufacturing documentation is complete and aligned with SAP transactions.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Manufacturing to resolve shipment issues.
• Execute and oversee SAP transactions related to subcontract manufacturing, including: Subcontract purchase orders, Goods receipts, Consumption postings, Finished goods receipts, Inventory transfers, Variance analysis
• Ensure ERP transactional accuracy and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, and Finance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations, or related field (preferred).
• 1 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, or Planning.
• Prior ERP experience, SAP strongly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication across cross-functional teams
