Graphic Designer

We're partnering with a rapidly growing leader in the industrial manufacturing and power equipment industry seeking a Content & Graphic Designer to help shape the brand experience across B2B, DTC, retail, and ecommerce channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organization with nationally recognized retail and marketplace distribution, where your work will directly influence how customers engage with the brand.

Location: Hybrid | Chicago, IL (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation: $35-45/hour Health, Dental & Vision Benefits

What You'll Do

• Create compelling graphic, digital, motion, video, and multimedia content across websites, ecommerce, social, email, retail, and advertising channels.
• Design product, lifestyle, and application-focused creative assets that strengthen brand storytelling.
• Partner with marketing and ecommerce teams to develop high-impact campaign and website content.
• Adapt global creative assets for North American audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop campaign materials, tradeshow graphics, sales collateral, and retail marketing assets.
• Edit and repurpose influencer and user-generated content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate concepting, production, localization, and iteration.
• Help maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Content Design, or a related creative field.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including experience with video and motion design tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience creating content across digital, ecommerce, social, retail, and print channels.
• Strong understanding of brand systems, visual storytelling, and omni-channel marketing.
• Experience developing marketing collateral, sales materials, catalogs, or print assets.
• B2B, manufacturing, industrial, retail, consumer products, or ecommerce experience is highly preferred.
• Comfortable utilizing emerging AI tools within the creative development process.
