Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Business Process Consultant to assess, troubleshoot, and improve end-to-end business processes within a complex SAP S/4HANA environment. This role will focus on identifying root causes of operational inefficiencies, improving system utilization, enhancing master data quality, and helping the organization scale by reducing reliance on manual processes and workarounds. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP expertise, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to bridge gaps between system capabilities, business processes, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes to identify root causes of operational, process, system, and data-related challenges.
- Evaluate SAP S/4HANA utilization and recommend opportunities to improve automation, standardization, and adoption of best-practice functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to order management, fulfillment, inventory, master data, planning, and warehouse operations, including SAP EWM integration.
- Analyze master data quality and governance practices, providing recommendations to improve planning accuracy, replenishment, and customer service performance.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to observe current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical process improvements.
- Deliver quick-win solutions while developing a roadmap for sustainable operational and system enhancements.
- Support post-implementation stabilization efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability and reduce reliance on manual processes.
- Promote organizational adoption of improved processes and SAP capabilities through effective collaboration, change management, and user enablement.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP (strong preference in S/4HANA).
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze SAP transactions, tables, master data, and integrations.
- Experience identifying root causes across systems, processes, data, and organizational workflows.
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement and operational optimization initiatives.
- Experience working in both standard SAP environments and customized implementations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
